INTERACTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Charisma is the ideal partner for your Learning & Development needs, from content development to the creation of your deliverables to the on-site management of your programs. We’ll work closely with you on your content and will assign our colleagues with expertise in your field, whether pharmaceutical, automotive, technology, financial services or any other industry.
We utilize the different learning styles of visual, audio and other methods to facilitate the most effective approach for each individual. We always look to make our programs engaging, whereby there is active participation by the attendees. We’ll collaborate with you to design your modules and then will leverage platforms like E-Learning to efficiently reach all participants. This will ensure that your employees are empowered with the knowledge they will need to be successful.
On Site
On site, we will continue the process to assure that everybody has a command of the content. Whether this is through validation exercises or other types of break-outs, we will closely monitor the progress of each individual.
And as we’re all aware, the learning never stops. We will create a continuum whereby there will be open and ongoing communications channels to ensure that progress is tracked, that best practices are being followed and that the most current information is disseminated to your colleagues. These efforts will result in your managers, sales people and other participants will be the best in class in your industry.
